Maria Ramirez

My name is Maria and I’m 64 years young. I am physically better today than any earlier chapters in my life due to my nutrition and strength training. I’ve recently retired from education as a teacher for 22 years. Previous to that, I was a project manager with a Fortune 100 transportation company in special projects for 13 years. Some of my passions include listening to live music, concerts, dancing, playing a competitive game of Scrabble, going out for coffee, holding hands and going for long walks. Exploring authentic cuisine and culture in local cafes can be so much fun-especially if we find our favorite one together. Another passion of mine is travel: Western Europe, Turkey, Greece, Caribbean, Mexico, South America, Australia, New Zealand, & French Polynesia have been breathtaking! I am drawn to island destinations because it is rejuvenating to the mind and soul. On the other hand, cosmopolitan cities stimulate the senses and intellect like trying out new cuisines, music, and culture is something I will always cherish and wish you would come along! Next, I would like to travel and explore our beautiful USA!
