At Alaska Airlines, I led the modernization of check-in into a single-page experience handling bags, seat upgrades, hazmat disclosures, and international regulations, while also launching digital document verification across 207 passport nationalities. That work cut lobby lines and reduced regulatory fines from manual gate errors. Before that, I built aviation SaaS at Boeing and redesigned enrollment flows at Aetna.
