I'm Moritz, CTO and co-founder of Zell, an AI coaching platform for sales teams. I built the core LLM engine that analyzes sales calls, identifies skill gaps, and automatically assigns personalized role-plays. The full stack, from Node.js backend to Next.js frontend, went from zero to live customers. What makes my angle unusual: I spent five years in banking and sales before switching to engineering, so I've been on both sides of a bad coaching loop.
