Mohithyaa K Reddy

Hi, I’m Mohithyaa (she/her) a Master’s in Engineering Management student at Johns Hopkins University, passionate about business strategy, product management, and innovation for sustainable impact. I specialize in turning insights into strategies that drive product growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.

My journey began with a fascination for how systems connect, how a single idea, when designed thoughtfully, can influence people, products, and the planet. After earning my degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, I shifted my focus toward building bridges between technology, strategy, and sustainability where data, creativity, and design thinking meet real-world impact.

I’ve worked on multiple product-focused roles most recently as a Corporate Strategy & Product Analyst at a stealth startup, where I helped define the product roadmap for a B2C platform, streamlined cross-functional collaboration, and built executive-level dashboards to align product and business outcomes. I’ve also supported healthcare innovation at Johns Hopkins Hospital, medical operations at Checkpoint Surgical, and led strategic events as Director of Events for the Johns Hopkins Product Management Club.

Beyond strategy and product, I’ve embraced my creative side as a Graphic Design/Multimedia Assistant at the Krieger School of Arts & Sciences, designing engaging content that simplifies complex ideas through visual storytelling, a skill I carry into every strategy I build.

Across all my experiences, I’ve learned to combine analytical precision with creative thinking, leading projects that balance innovation, structure, and impact. Whether developing go-to-market strategies, designing sustainability frameworks, or building product roadmaps, I’m driven by one goal creating thoughtful solutions that make a measurable difference.
