Mohithyaa K Reddy​

Hi, I’m Mohithyaa.

I’m a Strategy & Product Analyst with a background in Engineering Management, product, strategy, and technology. I like figuring out why things work the way they do, where they break, and how they could work better.

My background is a little unconventional. I started in Electrical and Computer Engineering and gradually moved toward the intersection of technology, business, and product. Along the way, I’ve worked across product strategy, healthcare, operations, sustainability, analytics, and startups.

I enjoy messy problems more than perfectly defined ones. Give me a problem with too many moving pieces and I’ll probably want to understand it, question the assumptions, and figure out what actually matters.

Outside of work, I’m a classical dancer, I paint, I hike, and I’m learning violin. Creativity is a pretty big part of how I think, even when I’m working on something very analytical.

I care about building things that are useful, not just impressive. And I’m still figuring out what that looks like for me.
