Mohammad Amin Nejat is an OISC-accredited immigration lawyer and the founder of Nejat Immigration Ltd, an immigration law firm based in Birmingham, England. His academic and professional journey began in Iran and continued in the United Kingdom, where he pursued advanced studies at the University of Birmingham and graduated with distinction.

During his academic career, Mr. Nejat was supervised by Professor Peter J. N. Sinclair, former adviser to UK Prime Minister David Cameron. In 2019, he and his team won the University of Wolverhampton startup competition, securing support from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), which played a key role in the establishment of his entrepreneurial ventures.

By 2024, Mohammad Amin Nejat became one of a limited number of Farsi-speaking, OISC-regulated immigration lawyers in the United Kingdom, authorised by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) to provide regulated immigration legal services at Nejat Immigration Ltd. His professional work is characterised by legal precision, regulatory compliance, and a strong commitment to supporting individuals and families navigating the UK immigration system.

On September 2025, The Turkish edition of Forbes magazine referred to them using “Muslim names, but the Christian Dior of immigration law firms“.

The book provides practical legal guidance for entrepreneurs, founders, and business owners seeking to establish innovative ventures in the United Kingdom under the Innovator Founder Visa route.
