I'm Mike, the COO and CRO at diib. We help over 850,000 small businesses make sense of their online presence. Think of us as the tool that connects all your dots—Google Analytics, social media, your website data—and actually tells you what to do about it. Most SEO tools just throw charts at you. We built something called the Answer Engine that digs through millions of data points and gives you a clear "do this next" instead of making you figure it out yourself.
Before diib, I founded SalesLab Consulting, working with early and growth-stage SaaS companies on sales strategy. I've also built and sold a few businesses along the way, including a HubSpot agency and a sports brand that closed a first-of-a-kind NCAA NIL deal.
Some more notable points of my career include serving as VP of Sales at Netchemia (bought by Vista Equity Partners) and VP of Sales at West Corporation, which was a publicly traded Fortune 500 company at the time. I've spent most of my career helping businesses develop processes and align them with systems that allow them to scale their sales growth. Growing up in a family-owned small business, I've got small business in my DNA—it's what I'm most passionate about.
Here's my take on SEO tools: most of them are working blind. They can't see your actual Google Analytics, your social performance, or your Google Business Profile, so they end up giving you the same generic advice they give everyone else. That's why businesses pay for these tools and still can't figure out why they're not showing up online.
