Hi, I’m Mike Andes — founder of Augusta Lawn Care, Homeworks, and Mike Andes Media Group. I started mowing lawns when I was 11 years old and turned that side hustle into a 200+ location franchise focused on bringing professionalism and systems to the home service industry.

Along the way, I built Homeworks to help service business owners create systems for sales, operations and admin. So they can grow. Without breaking. Through my media content, including The Turnaround Show and Home Service Millionaire, I share real numbers and real stories to help entrepreneurs break past the $1M mark.

Everything I do is about empowering blue-collar business owners with tools, systems, and support. Whether that’s through franchising, software, or content. I believe in leading by example, staying disciplined, and serving others through business.

My goal is to take Mike Hold Corp public, helping thousands of small business owners grow wealth and freedom along the way.
