Hi, I’m Mike Andes — founder of Augusta Lawn Care, Copilot CRM, and Mike Andes Media Group. I started mowing lawns when I was 11 years old and turned that side hustle into a 170+ location franchise focused on bringing professionalism and systems to the home service industry. Along the way, I built Copilot CRM to help service business owners automate estimates, streamline operations, and grow profitably. Through my media content — including The Turnaround Show, Business Breakthrough, and Home Service Millionaire — I share real numbers and real stories to help entrepreneurs break past the $1M mark. Everything I do is about empowering blue-collar business owners with tools, systems, and support — whether that’s through franchising, software, or content. I believe in leading by example, staying disciplined, and serving others through business. My goal is to take Mike Hold Corp public, helping thousands of small business owners grow wealth and freedom along the way. I’m just getting started.
