I run TKO StaffPros, a staffing and recruiting firm I founded in Saltillo, Mississippi. Before going out on my own, I spent years managing a District for Sysco Foods in Memphis. After that, I had the opportunity to become a Managing Partner for Swift Staffing, which allowed me to grow staffing operations from two cities to thirty-cities, within a three-year span. I started my career in food distribution at Giannini Foods, which taught me how to build client relationships, sales and marketing, oversee and manage logistics, and learn financials.
