I’m Mike Austin, CEO and founder of MetrixData 360. I help enterprises take back control of their software spend. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with some of the largest organizations in North America to cut millions in waste from Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, and other software vendors — not through guesswork, but by using clean data, real leverage, and battle-tested negotiation strategies.

I specialize in Software Asset Management (SAM), FinOps, and software licensing. I’m not interested in theory — I build real-world strategies that reduce risk, improve visibility, and deliver measurable ROI. Whether it’s a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, a looming audit, or a cloud cost spiral, I’ve been in the trenches, and I know how to get results.

I’m currently focused on scaling MetrixData 360’s impact — expanding our proprietary SLIM platform, refining our managed SAM services, and developing AI-powered tools that make software licensing simple, fair, and optimized. Long-term, I’m building towards a future where IT, procurement, and finance teams are always in control — not the vendors.
