Michael Reddy

I'm Michael, Co-CEO and co-founder at FIRMSconsulting. Over the last few decades our firm has invented and codified many of the tools and methodologies to solve complex business problems. Our material is used across the world, at universities and F500 companies. We help our clients become irreplaceable leaders, and we have helped our clients' organizations launch businesses like an electric car business in China and a luxury brands business in Europe. While we solve complex business problems for companies and governments, we are not management consultants: we build and operate the solution. If a client needs an AI capability, or a physical asset to be developed, we hire the coders, develop the infrastructure, and deliver it as a turnkey asset they can lease from us. We are the asset-owner-manager-operator.

I focus on strategy work that requires deep structural thinking, to solve very messy critical problems for our clients. Success comes down to creating more value than anyone else imaginable.
