I’m Melissa, founder of Avowal 119. Avowal 119 is a mission-driven jewelry line that helps ordinary people wear their testimony while funding paid, dignified work for survivors of human trafficking through trusted local partners, including Rethreaded.

This work does not provide direct survivor services. Instead, Avowal 119 supports organizations already doing that work by creating sustainable funding, amplifying awareness, and engaging the community through ethical, story-centered commerce.

At Avowal 119, vulnerability is reclaimed as a strength. What was once used to exploit is flipped into a force for good inviting healed and healing people to give from their overflow so others can begin a new chapter. One chain. One hour. One life restored.

This space is faith-informed, interfaith-welcoming, and rooted in dignity, humility, and shared responsibility. We believe this generation doesn’t look away we see one another, and we respond together.
