I studied computer science and earned an MBA, started as a software developer before the dot‑com bust left me unpaid, then moved into customer service and have spent my career in customer‑facing roles across several companies.

At ClearDemand I focus on streamlining my team’s actions, coordinating across groups, and feeding product input from customer interactions while helping retailers use our SaaS for competitive intelligence and price optimization to drive double‑digit ROI. I tell new customer‑success leaders that honesty is the best policy—defend the solution but never hide an issue, because once trust is broken the relationship is hard to repair.
