Mehdi Jaffer

I'm Mehdi, currently a Director at Espalier Partners. Before this, I spent over a decade at AlphaSights, where I rose to SVP and built out new service lines from scratch, owning multi-million dollar P&Ls across the US, Europe, and Asia. I came up through early growth work at AlphaSights when it was still finding its footing, and stayed to shape what it became. I studied Politics, Psychology, and Sociology at Cambridge.
