I'm Max, product designer at WhatsApp where I've shipped 27 GenAI features from scratch—AI character creation, writing help, generative backgrounds—reaching tens of millions of users. Before that I designed payments infrastructure and developer platforms at Meta that touched billions of people and moved billions of dollars.

I think in systems. I map full user journeys, build reusable patterns, and shape product strategy. I've also co-founded and exited three startups, which permanently changed how I design—I know what it feels like to own a product completely and care whether something actually works in the real world.
