I’m Matt Parker, a mortgage strategist and co-founder of Property Fox, an AI-powered platform helping brokers deliver smarter service at scale. I’ve spent over 15 years in the industry—starting in my family’s mortgage business and now running my own in Vancouver, BC.

I created the Mortgages Made Simple framework to bring clarity, strategy, and transparency to a process that’s often overwhelming. Whether I’m guiding first-time buyers, business owners, or seasoned homeowners, I believe every mortgage should serve a bigger financial plan—not just secure a property.

Through Property Fox, I’m building tools that help brokers automate outreach, uncover opportunities, and strengthen relationships. My work blends hands-on advisory with tech-driven innovation, always focused on putting people first.
