I'm Matthieu, winemaker at Cassidy Hill Vineyard. I came to wine through hospitality and food, starting in kitchens and restaurants before finding my way to winemaking. I studied culinary arts and business at Johnson and Wales, spent years managing restaurants and learning what makes people come back, then pivoted to wine where craft and hospitality meet.
