I'm Matthew, Operations Manager at Veterans Alliance, where I help veterans navigate benefits and build the operational backbone for the organization. I shape mission, develop training programs, write SOPs, and learn grant writing while staying close to veterans' day-to-day needs.

Before Veterans Alliance I worked at Paycom and Love's Travel Stops, and spent years in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard. I'm pursuing a Master's in IT at Grand Canyon University, learning coding and machine learning while working full-time.
