Martin Burt is a social entrepreneur who has developed anti poverty and educational innovations.
He created the Poverty Stoplight, a poverty elimination system used in over 58 countries and endorsed by the United Nations, and in 1985 founded Fundacion Paraguaya, where he is CEO.
