I'm Marta, Product Design Director at Factorial, where I lead design across a fast-growing HR platform used by thousands of companies. Before Factorial, I spent five years as Head of Product and Design at Bravo Studio, shaping product strategy alongside the design vision. I also run Zumtak, my freelance studio focused on identity systems and digital platforms. Trained in both illustration and interaction design, I mentor designers globally through ADPList.
