I'm Mark, part of the MedSurvey platform team. I joined back when it was Ricca Group as a side gig, hired by co‑founder Gary Dann and CEO Paul Golota to do market‑research survey programming with JavaScript. After an all‑night sprint for a pharma client the effort grew into the platform we run today with a 60‑plus team. I’m focused on moving us from an old PHP/LAMP stack to a Java/Node AWS platform, using agentic AI tools like Junie, Windsurf, Warp, Claude and OpenCLaw, and I keep asking how agents can self‑play to find the best migration paths.
