Over the last two decades, I’ve built multiple multi-million-pound businesses from scratch. I’ve been featured by Forbes as one of the entrepreneurs making a meaningful difference in the world, hosted my own business TV show on Sky, and I’m the creator of the Estate Agency X podcast — currently ranked #29 in Apple’s Top 100 Podcasts for Entrepreneurs and number one in the UK for the estate agency industry.
But credentials aside, what really matters is why I do what I do.
I started my career in estate agency, so I’ve lived the reality of targets, pressure, and long days swallowed by admin. What always frustrated me wasn’t the people — it was the way agencies were forced to operate inside outdated systems that rely on manual effort, disconnected tools, and human memory to hold everything together.
That frustration is what led me to build Iceberg Digital.
Iceberg isn’t another CRM. It’s an AI Operating System for Estate Agents, designed to increase revenue per employee by automating prospecting, marketing, compliance, and client workflows — so agencies can grow without endlessly adding headcount or complexity.

I’m known for being direct, practical, and focused on outcomes. I’m not interested in tech for tech’s sake, and I don’t believe AI should replace people. I believe it should replace admin, friction, and inefficiency — and allow good people to perform at a far higher level.
