Marissa Goldberg

I'm Marissa. I started in tech by building robots and competed in international robotics competitions for over five years as a kid. This got me comfortable breaking down complex problems and working with teams across cultures.

Since then, I've worked as an engineer, product manager, operator, technical writer, founder, and AI strategist. In 2018, I founded Remote Work Prep to help remote-first companies refine operations, scale sustainably, and cut out unnecessary meetings. I've also been a fractional COO and Chief of Staff for YC-backed startups and creator businesses, focusing on building calm, high-performing teams.
