I'm Marcin, a board-certified cardiologist and founder of HeartspanMD, a longevity cardiology practice in Miami Beach. I left hospital medicine to build a direct-pay practice where I have time to actually prevent heart disease, not just treat it after the fact. Most cardiovascular events are predictable decades before they happen.
