I'm Manex, founder of Sphinx Code, a personality algorithm I built to surface hidden potential and align people with their genetic consciousness. My coaching work draws on over two decades of bio-energetics, shamanism, and Human Design to help executives and entrepreneurs reach what I call their inner genius. Before this, I was VP of New Media at Sony Music, the youngest director there, and ran Vurse, an artist management and media production company distributed through Universal.
