My leadership approach was shaped in the military, where I learned that the most effective leaders aren’t the loudest—they’re the best listeners. That philosophy became the foundation for how I build teams, lead organizations, and drive growth.

Throughout my career, I’ve led regional sales and operations at Craft Health, managed enterprise sales initiatives at SmarTravel, and built ventures across healthcare, hospitality, and consumer services. I’m also the creator of the Signal Leadership Framework, a leadership methodology centered on clarity, prioritization, accountability, and execution in high-growth environments.

Today, I work with organizations and leaders on AI-enabled growth strategy, leadership development, operational alignment, and scalable revenue systems.
