Early in my career I realized that legal accounting is a world unto itself. Trust accounting, advanced client costs, three-way reconciliations, attorney compensation structures -- none of it works like general bookkeeping, and most accounting professionals are never taught how to handle it. That gap became my focus, and honestly, my passion.

I founded Artesani Accounting and co-founded The Proper Trust LLC to build firms that do this work the right way, with deep expertise, the right technology, and a genuine commitment to keeping law firms compliant and profitable. Along the way I co-founded the Accountants Law Lab, an elite mastermind community where I get to help bookkeepers and accountants build their own thriving legal accounting practices. Watching someone go from uncertain about trust accounting to confident and indispensable to their law firm clients is one of the most rewarding things I do.

I have been named Top QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor of the Year, and I wrote Modernize Your Law Firm to give legal professionals a practical roadmap for transforming how they manage their operations and finances.
