I’m Nova, also known as Luis. I’m a husband, father, life strategist, writer, and founder of The Rebuild Process — a grounded personal growth brand for working men who are rebuilding their lives after survival, instability, anxiety, burnout, or starting over.

My story began in Newark, New Jersey, where I grew up around poverty, bullying, pressure, violence, and survival. Those early experiences shaped my struggle with anxiety, identity, fear, shame, and feeling under-built for life. Over time, through personal development, spirituality, travel, bodywork, fatherhood, discipline, and lived transformation, I began turning survival into structure.

The Rebuild Process is the system I’m building from that journey. It helps men rebuild from the ground up through four core areas: Clarity, Vitality, Presence, and Freedom. In simpler terms: rebuild the mind, rebuild the body, rebuild relationships, and rebuild work, money, and the future.

My voice is grounded, direct, warm, masculine, practical, and field-tested. I don’t want to sound like a guru, therapist, drill sergeant, or fake alpha male influencer. I want to sound like a man who has lived through real struggle, built structure from it, and is reaching back with a blueprint.

My core message is: you’re not broken — you’re under-built. And with the right structure, you can rebuild your life on purpose.
