I'm Louisa, High-Performance coach, motivational speaker, and founder of Thostrup Consulting. I started out as a nurse and later worked in law enforcement and emergency services, then trained in coaching, and human behaviour to understand what I had lived through. I know the gap between how capable you look and how uncertain you feel, and I work with C suite leaders and Executives who carry that quietly.
