Louis is an autistic motivational speaker, author, and inclusion advocate. Diagnosed with autism young, he turned personal challenges into a message about empowerment, understanding, and real inclusion.
Since the 2023 PA Lifesharing Conference he has spoken at the Missouri Behavioral Health Conference, the Arizona LeadingAge Conference, and as Avanade's 2025 National Disability Employment Awareness Month keynote. Ask him about neurodiversity hiring, autism at work, or inclusion.
