Logan Rutledge

I’m Logan Rutledge, Managing Principal at Rutledge Companies, where I oversee real estate investments and asset management initiatives. I am currently launching a real estate investment fund focused on delivering strong risk-adjusted returns for investors.

With more than 20 years of experience in real estate investing, my background includes a Masters of Sustainable Real Estate Development degree from Tulane University, as well as a bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi. Through Rutledge Companies, I invest in multifamily properties that generate cash-flow from day one, while offering long-term appreciation potential, as well as tax advantages.
