I’m Logan Rutledge, Managing Principal at Rutledge Companies, where I oversee real estate investments and asset management initiatives. I am currently launching a real estate investment fund focused on delivering strong risk-adjusted returns for investors.

With more than 20 years of experience in real estate investing, my background includes a graduate focus in sustainable development at Tulane University. Through Rutledge Companies, I invest in multifamily properties that generate cash flow from day one while offering long-term appreciation potential.
