I'm Liz, founder of À La Glow Holistic Skincare in Seattle. I built À La Glow to bring a whole-body approach to skincare, drawing on years running my own creative and beauty ventures under LizzieCaye Beauty and eLizzard Design. Before going fully independent, I ran operations at a private Montessori school and worked as a business analyst at Mary Kay, which gave me a grounded view of both the beauty industry and what it takes to run something well.
