I'm Lindsay, a serial entrepreneur, Certified Executive Coach (CEC, PCC), author and creator of the Small Business Operating System (SBOS®)—a practical framework designed to help business owners scale without sacrificing their lives.

As a Master Chair with TEC Canada and Vistage International, I facilitate peer advisory groups supporting over 50 concurrent CEOs, presidents, and business owners each month, helping them navigate the realities that only operators truly understand.

My work is grounded in a simple belief: most entrepreneurs aren’t failing—they’re trapped in a flawed operating design. Through SBOS®, I equip leaders with the mindset, systems, and structure to break the founder bottleneck, build self-sustaining businesses, and reach what he calls their Position of Choice™—the ability to step in or out of the business without consequence.

My mission is clear: breaking entrepreneurial poverty by turning businesses into vehicles that serve lives — not consume them.
