Over the past 10 years I've owned the product lifecycle for enterprise SaaS platforms at major North American companies like Air Canada, TVO, and Rogers Communications—from user research and requirements gathering to launch and adoption at scale. Now I'm completing my Master's in IT Management at Golden Gate University and seeking a Product Management internship to apply these skills in a dedicated product role.
