Limor Goren

Limor Goren is the founder of kyoord and a cancer researcher with a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology. Her research centers on oleocanthal, an anti-inflammatory compound found in medicinal olive oil, and she discovered a mechanism by which it is toxic to cancer cells. She founded kyoord after sourcing high-phenolic olive oil from a small family farm and mill in Corfu, Greece, that had won an award for having one of the highest oleocanthal concentrations ever recorded.
