I'm Lester, founder and CEO of VALT Health, where we're building wearable health tech. I also run Vitality and serve as President Emeritus of Low Brass Network, a nonprofit I founded for low brass musicians.
Before VALT I studied public policy at Princeton and earned my MPH from Oregon State. I'm on the board at Chicago House Athletic Club.
