Lester Young
About
Lester Young, Jr. was given a life sentence at nineteen and spent more than twenty-two years in prison before asking what footprint he wanted to leave in the world. He built classes to mentor fellow inmates, founding the nonprofit Path2Redemption.
Released on parole in 2014 and later pardoned, Lester now hosts workshops for at-risk youth. Ask about second chances, mentoring at-risk youth, or rebuilding after prison.
