Lei Qi

I'm Lei, investor at Alliance Ventures. I grew up in Beijing, went to Dartmouth in the U.S., spent a few years working in Asia, and have been based in the Bay Area for many years. I focus on early-stage startups that boost enterprise efficiency for large non-tech firms, especially in industrial AI and mobility. I’m good at reading people and spotting founders early, and I’m lucky to meet strong teams before anyone else. In my free time I ski around the world with my kids, from China and Japan to Europe and the States.
