I stepped into a young program with five years of leadership turnover and brought stability through documentation, clear protocols, and stronger team communication.

My background spans education leadership, finance, and accounting. I hold a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Texas and a Master of Education from Vanderbilt University. Allergic to mediocrity.
