Leonard Laskow​

Dr. Leonard Laskow, M.D., was a Stanford-trained physician and pioneering healer who crafted, over four decades, a transformational practice called Holoenergetic® Healing—a synergy of science, love, and spiritual wholeness.

Dr. Laskow was a physician and also a respected author and researcher. His bestselling trilogy—Healing with Love, For Giving Love, and Choose Peace Now—blends clinical insights with energy-based healing, exploring how conscious intention, love, and forgiveness can transform cellular behavior, DNA, and emotional patterns . His lab studies demonstrate that heart-centered energy work can inhibit tumor growth and rebalance DNA and water structure.

As an international teacher and mentor, Dr. Laskow has shared Holoenergetic Healing globally—in venues like Esalen, Omega, CIIS, UCSF, and on television and radio. He was awarded the Champion of Forgiveness Award (2016) and advised HeartMath’s Scientific Board.

In his professional life he was rooted in rigorous medical training—chiefly in obstetrics-gynecology at Stanford and UCSF—he served as Chief of OB-GYN at the Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula and became a Life Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists . His academic work includes a postdoctoral fellowship in Psychosomatic Medicine and faculty roles at UCSF.
