I created C.H.A.P.P.S., a system to modernize the U.S. Postal Service payroll process after spending years navigating what I found to be an antiquated and disorganized system. I retired from the postal service after starting there in 1995, and before that served 18 years in the Illinois National Guard, retiring as Major.
