Lance Edwards

Lance Edwards is a real estate entrepreneur and mentor specializing in small apartment investing. He started in 2003 by buying a four-unit building with no money down and grew to own 50 properties part-time before retiring from his corporate job in 2005 to focus on real estate full-time. He authored "How to Make Big Money in Small Apartments" and founded First Cornerstone Group, teaching thousands how to invest using little or no money.
