Kristina Vaia

I'm Kristina, a researcher and operator working in AI. I founded AISLA, an AI safety community in Los Angeles, and have worked across AI alignment, responsible AI research, and program operations at places like MATS Research and EQTY Lab. My work keeps coming back to the same question: why do people think, behave, and make decisions the way they do, and what systems shape that. I hold an MS in Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon.
