I run Ulu Partners, where I work with startup CEOs and leadership teams on scaling their organizations. After starting and exiting several companies, I realized what I love most is helping founders build companies that work well for the business and for the people inside them.
I also teach entrepreneurship at University of Michigan and serve on corporate and nonprofit boards. I live in Seattle with my golden retriever Maizey, split time in Ann Arbor, and love music, sports, and spending time on the lake.
