Kimberly Noble

I'm Kimberly, neuroscientist, pediatrician, and professor at Teachers College, Columbia University. I study how poverty shapes children's brain development — and I co-lead Baby's First Years.

I trained in neuroscience and medicine at UPenn, completed my pediatrics residency at Columbia, and direct the NEED Lab. My TED talk on income and brain development has been viewed over 2 million times.
