Kevin Macnish, PhD, is a teaching fellow and consultant at the University of Leeds. A former GCHQ employee with a background in surveillance work, Kevin researches how and when surveillance can be ethically justified.

Kevin has published several articles on the subject, including in the Internet Encyclopedia of Philosophy, and has written for private investigator trade journals. Ask about surveillance ethics, privacy, or the ethics of automated systems.
