I'm Keno, a creative technologist who builds digital products at the edge of AI, simulation, and immersive experience. At Elsevier I led the Shadow Health simulation unit, directing a 95-person team across game developers, AI engineers, and UX designers. Before that I grew a WebMD business unit from 7 to 65 people and nearly 12x'd revenue.
