I'm Ken, leading the launch of our Behaviour Awareness Tool. I grew up in Texas where everything feels big—the land, the sky, the dreams—and I spend my free time playing with my grandson, walking my dog, taking walking holidays with my wife, and entertaining the neighbourhood. I bridge technology, business and people, treating tech as a great tool but remembering that a successful business needs vision, the right tools, and the humans who run it. We built BAT because many managers lack the training to connect, motivate, celebrate victories and learn from mistakes, and 99.6% of people have had a bad boss.
