Keith Wallace

I founded the Wine School of Philadelphia, the largest independent wine education facility in the US, out of a Victorian brownstone in Center City. I also started Philly Beer School and serve on the board of the National Wine School. Before wine education became my focus, I worked as a winemaker in California, reported for The Baltimore Sun, and wrote for The Philadelphia Inquirer and The Daily Beast. I also authored Corked & Forked, a cookbook on wine, beer, and cocktail pairings.
