i spent 15 years in corporate marketing at big tech until burnout made the decision for me. now i run marker 82 co, where i make content on tiktok and instagram, do affiliate and UGC work with brands, and manage property.

i write about money and getting free of a job that's eating you, burnout and nervous system stuff, and wellness (peptides, fitness, skincare, rosacea). i'm not a guru. i'm a few steps ahead on the same road, turning around to hand notes back.

the person i'm talking to is usually the woman who did everything right and still ended up exhausted and stuck. she wants out and doesn't believe it's possible for her yet.
