Kat Cole​

I'm Kat Cole, CEO of AG1. I lead the company's next phase of growth, global expansion, and innovation in foundational nutrition. I joined as President and COO in December 2021 and was named CEO in July 2024.

I grew up in Orange Park, Florida, the oldest of three girls, after my mom raised us on her own. I started at Hooters as a teenager to help pay the bills, became a waitress at 18, and was a vice president by 26. In 2011 I became President of Cinnabon, then President and COO of Focus Brands, overseeing nine businesses generating billions in sales around the world. I earned a Georgia State MBA without a bachelor's after dropping out of engineering at the University of North Florida.

AG1's founder recruited me after hearing me on Anthony Pompliano's Pomp Podcast. I serve on the boards of Slice and Milk Bar. I've been a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, a member of the United Nations Global Entrepreneurs Council, and named to Fortune's 40 Under 40.
